Welcome to VoomLog. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoomLog mobile application, owned and operated by Imaginix Mode Multimedia Limited ("Company", "we", "us").

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using VoomLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use VoomLog. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Guest Use vs. Registered Accounts

Guest Mode

You may use the core tracking features of VoomLog without creating an account. In Guest Mode, all data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data lost due to device damage, loss, or app uninstallation in Guest Mode.

Registered Accounts

To sync data or access premium features, you must register using an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We utilize a 6-digit Email OTP to verify your identity during registration and password recovery.

3. How VoomLog Works (The "Dynamic Target")

VoomLog is a financial tracking tool designed to calculate your daily net profit based entirely on the figures you manually enter (earnings, fuel, expenses).

  • Accuracy: The App's calculations, Dynamic Daily Targets, and projections are only as accurate as the data you input.
  • No Financial Advice: VoomLog is a coaching and tracking tool. We do not provide professional financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

4. Verified Income PDF Reports (Monetization)

Note: This section outlines the terms for our upcoming premium feature.

Fee

Generating a "Verified Income & Expense Report" will require a one-time fee processed securely via Paystack.

Definition of "Verified"

The term "Verified" in the context of this report means that the document is mathematically verified against the daily logs you entered into the App. It does not mean that VoomLog or Imaginix Mode Multimedia Limited has independently audited your earnings with third-party platforms (like Bolt, Uber, inDrive, etc.) or financial institutions. (Future iterations of the App may include third-party verification methods).

Use of Reports

You may use these generated reports for your personal purposes, such as applying for loans or vehicle contracts. You agree not to alter, forge, or misuse these reports. VoomLog makes no guarantee that any bank, lender, or fleet owner will accept the report as proof of income; their lending decisions are entirely their own.

5. Fleet Owner Dashboard (B2B2C)

VoomLog may offer dashboard services to fleet owners and cooperatives to help them monitor vehicle amortization risks.

Driver Consent: If you are a driver operating a fleet vehicle, your individual financial data will not be shared with your fleet owner through our B2B dashboard unless you explicitly opt-in or grant consent within the App settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App or its backend infrastructure (Supabase).
  • Input fraudulent data with the intent to generate misleading financial reports.

7. Intellectual Property

The VoomLog brand, logo, software, code, and content are the exclusive property of Imaginix Mode Multimedia Limited. Third-party names mentioned in the App (such as Bolt, Uber, inDrive, Lagride) are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention is purely for descriptive purposes and implies no affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by those companies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. IMAGINIX MODE MULTIMEDIA LIMITED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA LOSS WILL NEVER OCCUR.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGINIX MODE MULTIMEDIA LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INABILITY TO SECURE LOANS/FINANCING BASED ON OUR REPORTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your registered account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or requesting account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.
